In this EFT workshop we will learn more
advanced techniques for applying EFT to clear issues, change limiting
beliefs, reduce emotional pain and live a life of emotional freedom.
This will include:
- Using EFT to release limiting beliefs
- The "Tell
the Story" technique, a very thorough and gentler way of working
through a
painful or traumatic memory.
- The "Tearless Trauma" technique for working
with
painful or traumatic memories as painlessly as possible.
- The "Choices
Method" to help increase the positive in addition to reducing the
negative.
- What
to do when EFT does not seem to be working so that your
success rate will improve dramatically.
- Combining the Gestalt Therapy "finishing unfinished business" process with EFT
There will be exercises and demonstrations during this 5 hour EFT
workshop. This workshop is appropriate both for people who want use EFT
for their own healing as well as those who work with others.
Please note:
Though this training seminar covers much of the EFT level 2
material (as well as material not in the official level 2 outline), it
does not meet the guidelines for a full level 2 workshop, which is
required to be 2 days long.
