The EFT video clips on this page were all done by
Gary Craig, the founder of EFT. You will see some demonstrations of EFT
and get a sense of what EFT is like and its effectiveness.

EFT Video Title: EFT the Amazing
Universal Healing Aid (7 min.)
This is a
professionally created video introducing the benefits of EFT. EFT was
originally created to heal emotional problems. In recent years, Gary
Craig became interested in applying EFT to healing serious diseases
through the mind-body connection, with remarkable results. It's an
excellent video, but it over emphasizes the treatment of serious
diseases at the expense of doing justice to its wonderful emotional
healing potential, in my opinion. The last minute of the video talks
about emotional healing.
EFT
Video Title: EFT in Action - Overcome
Phobia (2.5 min.)
This video took
place at a live EFT workshop. There were approximately 300 people in
attendance, and Gary Craig asked if there was anyone with a rat phobia
(he had a rat in a cage in another room). The woman in the video
volunteered to work on her rat phobia.
EFT Video Title: EFT for
Shoulder Pain (4.5
min.)
In this video clip, Gary Craig treats a woman for her shoulder
pain at a live workshop. It is the one video clip that shows the actual
tapping process.
EFT
Video Title: EFT for Weight Issues (Food
and Wine Cravings) (1.2 min.)
This
video is from a live workshop. The woman in the video talks about the
impact the tapping has had on her food and wine cravings.
At
our core we all have a great
capacity for joyful
living.
