What Is a Teleclass/Teleseminar?

An EFT teleclass (also called a teleseminar) is a wonderful and affordable opportunity for people to get together on a telephone conference call to do EFT healing work together. 

When you register for a teleclass you will be given a phone number and a "Bridge Code" number. When you call the phone number, you will be asked to enter the Bridge Code number to join the class. It's as simple as that!

During the teleclass I will be working one-on-one with a number of volunteers relevant to the topic of the teleclass. We will use a process that Gary Craig calls "Borrowing Benefits." Before we start with a given volunteer, you will tune into your own difficult feelings and/or memory and give it an intensity rating from 0 to 10. You'll then let go of your own item and tap along with the current volunteer, saying the same things at each point. What you'll discover is that you'll get good results for yourself, even if you don't share the same issue. If you do share the same issue, you'll get even more results. This is an effective process with a high success rate.

There will be opportunities for questions between tapping sessions.

If you will be participating in a teleclass, please read the following sections "Teleclass Etiquette" and "Teleclass Waiver" in advance.

Teleclass Etiquette

1. Please disable call waiting before calling into the class so that we won't hear a potential call waiting beep. You can do this by pressing the following 3 keys in succession: *70 right before dialing the phone number.
   
   
2. It is recommended to use a headset, if possible, in order to keep your hands free for tapping.
   
   
3. Please don't use a speakerphone since they pick up a lot of background noise.
   
   
4. If you are using a cordless phone, please stay close to the base unit to avoid static on the line.
   
   
5. Please do not put the call on hold. The music can flood the call.
   
   
6. Please introduce yourself by first name and location when you enter the call, unless you are entering the call late.
   
   
7. There will be opportunities for questions during the teleclass. However, please hold your questions until questions are asked for.

Teleclass Waiver

I understand that EFT is an experimental therapy and is not meant to replace standard medical and/or mental health counseling. While there have been no documented negative side effects from using EFT, this does not guarantee that I will not experience side effects. It is possible that strong feelings may come up and/or get more intense at the beginning of the tapping process (though they will tend to then subside as tapping continues). Some known positive side-effects of tapping include relaxation, peace of mind, greater optimism, and more joy in life.

By signing up for these teleclasses, I agree to take full responsibility for my own well-being. I agree to hold harmless Stefan Gonick, the teleclass leader, or Gary Craig, the founder of EFT, or any guest on the call, for any side effects or results of the teleclass.

I agree to keep the teleclass Bridge Code number confidential.

I agree to not record the call.

I understand that Stefan Gonick may record these teleclasses. By participating in the teleclass, you agree to and give permission to Stefan Gonick to use the recordings in any manner. Please understand that teleclass recordings or portions of recordings that you have participated in may be made available for commercial distribution and that this is acceptable to you. Your name will not be used on any packaging, but your voice and perhaps your name will be heard by those listening to the recording. (You may introduce yourself with a nickname instead of your real name if you prefer.) Said permission shall also include the unlimited and exclusive rights to own, exhibit and utilize any and all such recordings in perpetuity.
